The Residence App-Living is located in Luttach, in the beautiful Ahrntal in Sud Tirol.

We have a total of 10 apartments of different sizes sleeping 2 to 8. Each apartment opens up to an entrance hall and includes kitchenette, dining area, living room with sofa bed and satellite TV, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and hair dryer, private terrace, ski storage room, parking and private underground parking on request. Each apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels. On demand we can supply baby cot.

Our residence is located in a central position nearby to a supermarket, a pharmacy and a Bank.

A Bus Stop is conveniently situated just opposite the apartments and with the local Ski Bus the most beautiful ski resorts of Alto Adige are easily accessible: Speikboden (2 Km); Klausberg (8Km); Plan de Corones (20 Km)
